Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence analysis of Minretumomab in Jurkat cells using Minretumomab Chimeric Monoclonal Antibody (Product # MA5-48179). Paraformaldehyde-fixed cells were immobilized on cover slips and stained with Minretumomab Chimeric Monoclonal Antibody at 10 µg/mL followed by Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody (2 µg/mL), showing strong membrane staining. The nuclear stain is DAPI (blue). Panels show from left-right, top-bottom Minretumomab Chimeric Monoclonal Antibody, DAPI, merged channels and an isotype control.
